🍅 Pomodoro Timer
The Pomodoro Technique: work 25 minutes, break 5, repeat. Every 4 cycles, take a longer 15-30 minute break. This timer runs in your browser — leave the tab open, the badge updates, and a chime plays when each block ends. Customizable durations.

Does it work if I close the tab?
Background tabs throttle timers in modern browsers — accuracy may drift. Keep the tab visible for precise timing.
Why 25/5?
Francesco Cirillo, who invented the technique in the late 1980s, used a tomato-shaped kitchen timer ("pomodoro" = tomato in Italian) and 25 minutes was the longest interval that consistently held his attention.
